Photo: Asbestos sprayed-on fireproofing on the steel beam and deck.  The photo shows the asbestos fireproofing was removed from the bottom of the steel beam to install wall studs.  At the time of the removal this probably caused asbestos exposure to the workers working on the wall.

Photo: Waterfall feature at an upstate office building.  Water features are beautiful outside buildings, but when designers put these inside buildings it can cause major indoor air quality issues.  FED's indoor air quality consulting services can assist with resolving these issues.

Photo: EPA (stock photo from EPA's fact sheet) announced that vermiculite insulation in attics may contain tremolite asbestos.  Tremolite asbestos is a difficult material to analyze.  FED's asbestos consulting service can advise you on handling this particular problem.
Photo: Asbestos duct insulation, an excellant insulation material to ensure hot/cold air reaches its destination with very little loss of temperature.  The damaged section can be repaired to prevent fiber release.  To ensure it stays in good condition Future Environment Designs would write an operations and maintenance program for the facility to follow.

Photo: Mold growth on sheet rock.  FED was a subcontractor assisting with design and remediation of the clean-up protocols.  Mold bulk/wipe sampling is unnecessary for construction work.  New construction should not have mold, since you should not have mold just remove it and save the cost of sampling.
